Project Reveal: Sandpiper House
We are excited to share our latest completed project. This house has been a total labor of love, designed and built from the ground up to reflect our clients and honor the unique landscape of New Mexico. This home has been recognized by the Parade Homes Awards, winning in 7 out of 8 awards. We could not be more proud!
Inspired by the natural beauty around us, we incorporated earth tones, organic textured materials, and clerestory windows to invite the outdoors in.
Before we even broke ground, we discovered this chandelier on a local shopping trip with our client. Its organic shape, asymmetrical charm, and chameleon-like qualities helped set the tone and inspiration for our entire design.
Every detail was thoughtfully curated, including custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and unique fixtures, all selected to create a cohesive and tranquil atmosphere throughout the home.
A hidden game room featuring a stylish bar area opens directly onto the pool, perfect for entertaining friends and family. We sourced materials almost exclusively from local artisans to weave in a sense of place.
The light and airy primary bathroom boasts a luxurious soaking tub, double vanities, and large windows, creating a serene, spa-like space to unwind after a long day.
Sunlight pours from the skylight while a warm glow emanates from beneath the vanity in this tranquil guest bathroom right off of the pool. The space features custom half-moon floor tiles, imported from Italy, whose unique shape and colors harmonize with the room’s other finishes.
